After talking about what being transgender truly means, I'd love to share something a little more personal—my relationship with makeup.

For many people, makeup is seen as a way to hide imperfections. For me, it's something completely different.

It's not about becoming someone else.

It's about expressing who I already am.

💖 Why I Wear Makeup

I don't wear makeup because I feel like I have to.

I wear it because I enjoy the creativity, the colors, and the confidence it can bring.

Some days I wear a full face.

Some days I only use a little lip balm and mascara.

And some days, I wear no makeup at all.

Every choice is okay.

🌸 Makeup Is Not a Requirement

One of the biggest misconceptions is that every transgender woman must wear makeup.

That simply isn't true.

Being transgender isn't defined by foundation, eyeliner, lipstick, or long lashes.

Makeup is a personal choice—not a requirement.

Whether you love a glamorous look or prefer a completely natural face, your identity remains valid.

✨ Start Simple

If you're just beginning your makeup journey, don't feel pressured to learn everything overnight.

Start with the basics.

A little moisturizer.

Well-groomed eyebrows.

Mascara.

A natural lip color.

Confidence grows with practice—not perfection.

Remember, every expert was once a beginner.

🌷 Confidence Comes Before Makeup

The most beautiful makeup in the world cannot replace self-confidence.

Makeup can highlight your features.

It can never define your worth.

True beauty begins with accepting yourself, being kind to yourself, and allowing your personality to shine.

That's what people remember.

☕ My Everyday Routine

On most days, I keep my makeup soft and natural.

A lightweight base.

Defined brows.

Mascara.

A touch of blush.

A nude lip color.

That's enough for me to feel comfortable, confident, and ready for the day.

Sometimes, less truly is more.

💕 My Message to You

Never wear makeup because someone else expects you to.

Wear it because it makes you smile.

And if makeup isn't your thing, that's perfectly okay too.

Confidence doesn't come from a makeup bag.

It comes from believing that you are worthy, exactly as you are.

The most beautiful thing you can wear will always be your confidence.
