A peplum is a short, gathered “overskirt” attached to the waist of a garment. It’s one of my favorite styles for crossdressers and transgender women because it creates instant, flattering curves.

Another one of my favorites, the wrap dress is universally flattering. The plunging neckline helps slim the look of the torso while the tie enhances your waistline.
5. Mini dress
Crossdressers and transgender women tend to have gorgeous legs. It’d be a crime not to flaunt them in short dresses – at least every now and then! As long as you choose a tasteful style, there’s no “age limit” to wearing a mini dress.
